Years ago my daughter had a deep facial laceration that required many stitches. It was a holiday weekend and nearly every surgeon was off or away. Dr. Demetri, who was out of town, took my emergency call out of the goodness of his heart and basically coordinated care at TGH with one of the residents that he knew. The female resident was wonderful and you can't even see the scar. My jawline and neck look wonderful. I will update later as healing takes a good year. I believe I am still a bit swollen from what the Dr. told me for other areas on my face.  I was initially not 100% happy with facial wrinkles, but Dr. D and his staff addressed ALL my concerns. It takes time to heal and to see the results. It's been almost 3 months, not quite, and I do see continued results.  I wanted a recommended treatment plan post-surgery. I did not get it off the bat, but they were very responsive and addressed it quickly.  You should ask for this.  I went today, and reviewed what I was using, and what they recommend. Posting on behalf of my wife, Tatiana: Dr. Demetri is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who performed a deep plane facelift for me in February 2026. From the very beginning, it was clear that this is a highly specialized clinic with a top level of expertise, focusing exclusively on the face and neck area. That specialization was important for me:  I was looking for  Before and After images of Dr. Demetri’s work that showed consistency and quality of results that were incredibly refined, natural, and, most importantly, true to the individual. When we discussed my treatment plan, Dr. Demetri listened and asked additional questions. Then, I asked him, “What do you think?” He looked at me like an artist for a moment. Then he explained what he can do. He also gave me the best advice about my future procedure. What impressed me most is the philosophy behind his work: efficacy while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety. The techniques and technologies he uses are clearly advanced, but never excessive; everything is minimally invasive, highly predictable, and thoughtfully chosen to reduce complications as much as possible. The Clinic’s and Surgical Center’s environment itself is top notch, comfortable, welcoming, and designed with patient safety and experience in mind. Every detail matters here, and you feel that level of care at every step. Dr. Demetri is hands down the best plastic surgeon in the Tampa Bay Area. His specialty is the face. From blepharoplasty & Botox to hair transplants & deep plane facelifts he is a trusted, highly skilled professional delivering incredible results. In fact, Dr. Demetri is double-board certified. He has performed blepharoplasty on my eyes which I’m very happy with, and the down time was very minimal. I also trust him for Botox and keeping everything freshened up. I saw Dr Demetri for Botox and it was my first time so of course, I was nervous. I explained to him that I wanted to go natural. He instantly calmed my nerves and listened to what I wanted. You could tell he knows what he’s doing! I felt comfortable the entire time.. starting with Liz at the front desk, Ari and Carolina for my prep and then of course, Dr Demetri. Everyone was wonderful! Dr. Demetri and his team were absolutely amazing. I had a chin implant, neck lipo, and a platysmaplasty, and I am beyond happy with the results. The transformation has completely changed long-standing insecurities in the most natural, subtle way. Everyone was friendly, professional, and really took their time explaining everything to me. After seeking out and reading many reviews for a top plastic surgeon in the southwest Florida area to perform a deep plain facelift and neck lift, I chose Dr. Demetri Arnaoutakis, MD in Tampa. A double board certified facial plastic surgeon. It’s been 10 days since surgery and I couldn’t be any happier with these early results. My 69 year-old turkey neck is gone, and I am thrilled to see my jawline again! The entire staff was outstanding, including the anesthesiologist Chip, and the nursing staff Mercedes who took great pre-and post surgical care of me. The office staff is equally excellent. In office pre-surgical visits and post surgical visits with Carolina and staff have been helpful and supportive. They welcomed any questions, set up lymphatic massage and hyperbaric therapy post op which is unique to their practice as well as followed up via calls and text messages when necessary. I had hair replacement surgery by Dr Demetri as he was highly recommended by another plastic surgeon in town. My hairline had receded over the past few years to where I had hair down the middle but had receded on both sides to compensate I grew the hair I had longer so I could cover the bald areas. My feeble attempts to try and cover up the obvious hair loss left me somewhat self conscious and unsatisfied. Going to Dr Demetri was the best thing I ever did. I just completed Morpheus at Dr. Demetri's office with Ari. It was such a professional, clean and welcoming environment to visit- and conveniently located in the heart of South Tampa. Ari is incredibly nice and constantly checked to make sure I was doing alright as she performed Morpheus. She explained the treatment and the different settings and happily answered all of my questions in detail! Dr. Demetri has created a great environment with excellent medical professionals and I will continue to frequent the office for my future aesthetic needs! I am a physician so I have a good understanding of quality of care. You will not find a better plastic surgery team anywhere.  Dr. Demetri does only facial plastic surgery. I have had previous neck radiation so my case was especially challenging. The results were unbelievably great. From anesthesia to nursing to scheduling on down the line, all first class.
